Apprentices

Where career meets education

We provide opportunities that transform lives by offering degree apprenticeships that equip you with the skills and qualifications you need to progress in your career. With a learner-centred approach, our programmes ensure that each apprentice has the individual support needed to succeed. Since 2017, we've worked with over 4,000 apprentices and have created a strong presence in the Tees Valley and beyond.

Benefits of being a degree apprentice

  • Achieve a cost-free degree, with your tuition fees covered by your employer and the government.
  • Fast-track your career with practical, work-based skills.
  • Earn a salary while studying for a recognised qualification.
  • Access a wide range of support services, including the 24/7 library, online resources, student support, and a dedicated Apprenticeship Quality Coach.
